Consultation Fees

All consultation booking fees and program payments are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.

Missed Sessions

If a user fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session may be considered completed and no refund will be provided.

Duplicate Payments

In case of accidental duplicate payments, users can contact us within 7 days for verification and refund processing.

Technical Issues

If a technical issue occurs from our side preventing service delivery, we will either reschedule the session or provide an appropriate resolution.
