Refund Policy

1. First Consultation Call

The fee paid to book your first consultation/assessment Zoom call is non-refundable and non-transferable. Once your booking is confirmed, no refund will be issued if you choose to cancel, reschedule, or decide not to proceed.

2. Token Payment for Coaching Program

If you decide to enroll in our health coaching program, any token or advance payment made to reserve your seat is non-refundable and non-transferable. Your seat is considered reserved once the token payment is received.

3. Results Commitment

Your success is our priority.

If you sincerely follow the complete program, attend all scheduled coaching sessions, complete the recommended action steps, and implement our guidance, but have not achieved your agreed health goals by the end of the program, we may extend your coaching support at no additional coaching fee.

This extended support is provided at our discretion and is available only to clients who have actively participated and followed the program as instructed.
